There are lots of fitness equipment being marketed that will confuse
you. But I think not everything is a must-buy (unless you have run a gym as
business). I think the following are the only things you should look into
(depending on your fitness goals).
1lb – 5 lbs Dumbbells
Forget the shake and weight. Just good ol’ trusty dumbbells can be
useful for jogging, stretching , or arm flab exercises.
Yoga Mat
Even if you’re not into yoga, a mat is good for floor exercises.
Stability Ball
Core exercises, tummy exercises, and so much more can be done with this ball. The yoga mat will be very handy to have, too, when you use a stability ball (lessens ball slippage).
Ab Rocket
Instead of pulling yourself up to crunch, you push yourself backward itself. This is easier; no more back pains from the hard floor.
