Lazada Philippines Review: Measuring the credibility of an online mall

It is quite hard for anyone to weigh in if online shopping is worth a try looking in as a customer who doesn’t have any online shopping experience. Like many of us would have answered a few years ago, online shopping can’t be easily trusted. It is actually very critical for online users to know that the online mall they are viewing can be highly trusted. One thing that makes an online store credible is to have a secured line of purchase. Another thing that an online mall should have is good credibility in order for customers just to even consider them. The main reason it's quite a challenge for customers to accept online shopping is that online frauds and scams is not a secret anymore to most online users nowadays. Moreover, credit cards are also not popular in the country since only a few of them have it making online shopping even more challenging. As a result, a lot of the online prospects don't easily get convinced in shopping online.

It's almost automatic for online stores to have a secured line for their online credit card transactions. These are the issues that online customers consider before going with online shopping. The online shopping pace quickly changed when online malls like Lazada arrived in the country last year. They came in with a solution for our local Ecommerce issues that plagued us for so long. There are two main issues that the local Ecommerce was facing which both were covered by their payment method solution. They called it Cash on Delivery or simply known by many as C.O.D. With this kind of payment setup, customers won't worry and will definitely feel secured. No need for risking too much from the customer's end and will allow them to try their service easily since they won't need to submit their credit card details. How can customers work on this setup? From their huge selection of items, the local online customers can select which category they like as they visit their website.

Customers don't need to worry that they need to pay upfront once they know what to buy on the website. Once the customer selects the “Cash on Delivery” as the form of payment method, the website only asks only a couple of details from them which is the name of the recipient of the order and the preferred shipping address. All the customers need to do is relax until their order arrives at their home, which usually takes about two to five days. Customers are only required to pay in cash only after order package is handed over to them in real time. This may also be free delivery as long customer exceeds the one thousand pesos delivery value. This kind of setup enables customers to be at ease since they will only be liable to pay only after the customer receives orders. Online malls usually have the advantage on these online deals, which makes this setup very unconventional.
