Lazada Philippines: Making customers happy with great website experience

A lot of online websites have its loyal online visitors that visit them more than a regular occasion. Making it worthwhile to their local online visitors will pay for local online websites in the future. As an website owner, it is their goal to ensure that their online users enjoy their on their website. Right now, numerous websites with different niche are being put to live by website owners everyday. As you can see, good website interface is what online visitors look for. As for Ecommerce websites, this will lead them to gain extra sales. There maybe some malls out there that give excellent deals but fail to provide great user interface to their customers. Sometimes great deals won't be enough since customers will just move on to another website that may offer a second best deal but very convenient to use. This also reflects how customers perceive their credibility as an online mall. Bad impressions can easily be earned if an online mall offers bad user experience to their customers. The online customers may even think of these websites and fraud online website instead.

Nowadays, the Ecommerce industry is thriving in the country.  Actually, it has only begun to rise just last year. A lot of us never even considered online shopping as an option a year before that. Filipinos usually check local online classified ads posting to check for good deal second hand items rather than go for brand new. Customers are exposed with a high rate tendency of getting scammed online with online shopping. When website like Lazada arrived in the country, everything changed in the local online shopping. To give local online customers an upper hand, since they offered an alternative payment method called Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D. With them, no need to pay right away since you are only required to pay right away, which is the conventional payment setup by online malls.

Customers actually have less weight in risk since it's all on the online mall. Usually customers pay in cash only after they receive their orders on which they selected Cash on Delivery as their way of payment. On top of all, customers can pay for cash while not worrying if they don’t have credit cards but still enjoy online shopping experience. What makes me appreciate the Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall more is their website user friendly navigation. Unlike other online stores, customers who will visit them for the first time will surely find it easy to use. The website’s Navigation will be easy for any local online users that just seeing it for the first time, they will instantly get it. Their category menu is actually present on almost all of their pages that you wouldn't get lost on their website so easily. It can easily showcase different kinds of categories to their local online customers. It's way easy for customers to narrow down the category that they will visit based from their shopping interest.
