LazadaPH: Shopping is no longer a time issue

Now more people are getting used to doing their shopping online. What made it great for them is that they no longer need to go traditional malls to buy what they want. They can easily do it by just connecting online with an Internet connection to do it. What’s best is that they can do it whenever and wherever they feel like doing it, which is rare to do nowadays. Shopping nowadays is much easier since we can go for either offline or online shopping. Shopping is no longer a time issue for most of us. They have a lifestyle that is usually only active at night. These are the people who don't have time during day light and is at work at night. Traditional malls are usually closed already by the time they are free. This makes it hard for them to visit traditional offline malls. These traditional malls are only visited by them when they have no work. Since they don't work at a normal time shift, it's obvious that it is harder for them. It makes it easier for them nowadays since they now have online shopping. A lot of the offline business models are being translated to online.

It only started in the country last year in the Philippines. After they arrived in the country, others followed on their footsteps. Actually, they are one of the first online malls to arrive in the country. You can also check them on other South East Asia countries. The Ecommerce industry had a spike once Lazad arrived in South East Asia compared to the previous years. Their impact on local online market is undeniable. Competition in the local Ecommerce industry was really low that it made sense for their arrival in the country. Actually the initial problem they had lies with how they will allow customers to visit their website. Paying online is a very difficult for most online users that's why it hard for Lazada to lure them on their website. It's quite hard to shared confidential personal details such as credit card details since it leave us prone from getting stolen by hackers.

Moreover, credit cards are not widely used in the country since a only a fraction of the population possess it. This is the reason why Ecommerce struggled early on to thrive in the country. It doesn't reflect that they have no idea about online transactions. We usually think of risk first and disregard the reward that we may get if we push through with dealing on online malls. In essence, we just don't trust dealing with online malls especially for our first time attempt. We initially treat it as a scam in online. This makes online shopping very hard to penetrate just basing on these two issues. Upon Lazada's arrival, they created a solution for these Ecommerce woes. The Philippines' Online Shopping Mall finally introduced Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. in online. Customers can get to keep their money up until they received their orders at their very homes.
