Lazada Philippines: Assuring customers that they are getting their money’s worth

Is online shopping the real deal in our shopping needs as an alternative option? If this question were asked to the people then their answers would normally be NO. For customers to even consider online shopping, the online mall should have great credibility before it can eventually be considered. It's no secret that most of us are scared to shop online since a lot of online scams and frauds happen in online occasionally. Not having a credit card makes online shopping more difficult for online customers. Evidently, this makes the local customers very skeptic about shopping online on online malls. It's always important for customers that online stores they are buying from have a strong and secured line. These are the factors that customers assess before deciding if they precede on shopping online.  Actually, there are other factors but these are main reasons why it is harder for Ecommerce to penetrate the local online market.

Everything changed once Lazada's presence was felt here in the local online market last year. They came in with a solution for our local Ecommerce issues that plagued us for so long. They introduced a unique payment method that will help solve both of the major issues in Ecommerce. This was called Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. payment method. It will allow customers to feel secured when they deal with them. Since usual payment methods on typical online stores such as credit card payment is not required, customers can try shopping on their website without risking their money. How can this help their shopping more conveniently? Any online customer can visit their website and view their huge selections. Customers that selected what they want to buy n the website are necessarily required to pay upfront. Customers who selected Cash on Delivery as their payment method won't be required to pay upfront before their orders are processed for delivery.  This is actually very helpful for customers, as they don’t need to worry if assuming their delivery doesn’t push through. They can still shop and use their money for probably an offline store. This gives them considerable advantage if compared to what other online malls offers to their customers.

Customers can relax once they have given their delivery details and wait for it to arrive between two to five days. There are even some instances that customers receive their orders on the same day. Customers are only required to pay in cash only after order package is handed over to them in real time. Free delivery is only available once order exceeds one thousand pesos. This is a great security for customers since they get to keep their money up until their orders arrived at their doorstep. It is actually surprising that an online store is willing to have this setup with their customers, which is very unconventional. This just shows how they are willing to prove to the local online consumers that they are legit. It’s actually a necessity on their part to prove a lot to local online consumers.

Lazada: Sky is the limit for online users

Normally we set certain standards and expectations when visiting a certain place. This is a situation where you are leaving out of town. We usually assess what is in store for us once we visit the location where visiting. Long travel trip is disregarded as long as we know we will be getting more from visiting. It's inevitable for us to weigh in the gain and loss we will be getting. Patience is usually dependent on what reward awaits our sacrifice. It's the same for Internet users. Given that we have available powerful computer and fast Internet speed, we expect great Internet browsing. But that should not be the case. People actually connect to the Internet for them to be able to browse their preferred websites. Each website niche is presented differently, layout wise. During the early years of Internet, websites content are just text based only. Researchers and bookworms are the usual online users who found websites very interesting to visit.

During those days, Internet was still unknown by many or not used by many. Internet usage increased when websites started to look pretty and eye catching. Websites started to became appealing to the customers now that it can support various media formats. Internet made advance communication available thru online as it was incorporated in our lifestyle. Sky is the limit for Internet and computers. Speaking of lifestyle, I really like connecting online to shop on online malls. Anyone can do it as long as they have Internet connection and a computer. Lazada Mall is usually the online mall where I buy. What I like about this online mall is their decent balance in website speed with great user interface. Personally, they are one of the best user-friendly online malls. Its navigation is actually easy that any of their first time visitors won't struggle access their online store.

What's remarkable about their website is that they managed to make its website load speed decent enough even if it contains a lot of images. I usually browse their website with just an average Internet connection. Their website still performs decently. I love what their "Quick View" button can do as it can instantly flash product details. It's doesn't actually redirect you to another webpage just to see the product details. Product images can easily be zoomed by just mouse hovering on the image section you want to zoom. It's almost as if your viewing in person. Their online shopping cart is one of the features that I really like. In case you want some of your items to be removed, you can easily add and remove them on the shopping cart page. You can select all prospect items you want and just discard them later on the shopping cart. This saves their local online customers a lot of time for any online shoppers. No need to go deep on their category website and just to realize later on that the item they are looking for is not available to begin with.

Lazada PH: A giant leap in online shopping

In the Internet space, we are usually cautious about how we interact online. For instance, if we search for specific information, we don’t usually jump into conclusion that is real unless it’s an online reliable source. There's always a chance that online users view online websites who don't have any brand recognition as a scam. Sometimes, it's not enough to just have a good brand, a good customer service is a necessity in online. If a company is highly branded, this gives them less room for mistakes in online. It can have their brand destroyed with just one mistake. Ecommerce websites that are still new in the online scene, branding don't matter so much since they are all new and just starting to build their own brand. One specific website who took a big risk is Lazada Philippines online mall website.

So how come they made that risk? It due to Filipinos still not familiarized with online shopping. It's true that most of us are online, but not everyone does online shopping but rather prefers traditional malls for shopping. Their brand quickly reached majority of the online users as a result for their efforts. Despite rising in the Ecommerce scene, some Filipinos were still trying to cope up with online shopping Let's be honest everyone that online shopping can make it way easier for us. Since the arrival of high tech devices, we are slowly going through the phase of the modern digital era. Packaging them with high Internet speed makes the online world way advance in technological break through. This combination allowed most of our usual activities offline to online accessible even by just using your cellphones like online shopping. The local online users are increasing on a rapid rate that allows them to reach further to the online audience in the Philippines. The goal is to make their online mall provide the best online shopping experience to their customers. They still offered standardized options in online shopping but added their own to be on top of their competition.

The Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall first introduced Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. as an alternative payment method besides the common online payment. Despite offering the common online payment methods, they are willing to waive free delivery depending on their consent. Delivery fee will vary depending on the location of the shipment address. Depending on the delivery value, as long as it hits the one thousand pesos mark, it will be waived. Customers who bought from them will receive manufacturer's warranty ranging around 1 - 2 years depending on the item. They even get to have 7-day returns for any items they bought from them. This shows that customers are highly valued by the Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall. They continue to look for way on how they can better serve their online customers. It’s safe to say that their intention is to make their online store a better place for us to solve our online shopping needs in online.

Lazada: Boundless limit with Internet usage

It's always challenging for everyone to pay online. Information such as credit card details and personal information might be compromised. Conflicts are usually encountered when countries don't know how to deal with online transactions. It's actually possible that first users to do online payment may struggle in properly doing it right. A single mistake may cost you a lot in your billing. It actually takes longer if you request for not billing extra charge when it comes to online. It's not that hard.  You get what you want in return of what you paid for in real time. Other online options have risen since the arrival of new modern digital era. Online shopping for instance is an option now available.

Time and energy won't be wasted by not going for offline shopping. Only Internet access with Internet capable device is what you need when you want to shop online. To see what online shopping mall's are offering, you can just directly visit their website. It's way different here in the Philippines quite honestly. Online shopping almost didn't exist then. The nearest online mall we have are local online classifieds. But then again, it’s a different story since online users don’t deal directly with these kinds of websites. Rather, they deal with online users who posted their own “For sale” ads.

Most of us are not credit card owners; therefore it was hard to pay online conventionally. It was slow for Ecommerce to grow. The market was really low that's why Ecommerce also had a hard time. It made it easier for Ecommerce to be penetrated when websites like Lazada came in. Since they arrived, they made online shopping as a possible option the local online community. With this, it allows anyone who doesn’t own a credit card as still possible online customer.

Customers will only need to leave their shipment address and name of the order recipient. The Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall will only require payment only once it is delivered at the shipment address. It is the first time that Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. was offered online in the Philippines. Although, it is being offered before local fast food chains the first time offered it offered online that greatly helped the Ecommerce industry. It allowed us to experience online shopping and made us realize how it makes it easier for us. After their arrival, other online malls where launched in the country slowly. This allows us to have more options since we now have offline and online shopping.

Overall, this makes it convenient for anyone that has time issues. No longer we will worry about our busy schedule. It’s amazing to look back now wherein before Internet made our information gathering much faster. Now, they reached a point where it made our shopping needs much faster. I really believe the potential of Internet is limitless. As long as the technology is evolving, the more Internet can be further maximized for the goal of making our lives easier.

Lazada PH: Enjoying while shopping online

It’s only normal that expectations and standards are usually set when we visit certain areas. Imagine if you are going for a getaway vacation. We then to assess what is in store for us once we visit the location where visiting. Long travel trip is disregarded as long as we know we will be getting more from visiting. It's inevitable for us to weigh in the gain and loss we will be getting. However, our patience can only be pushed as much depending on the scale of the benefits. This is similar to online users. When we have a high-end computer and Internet connection, we expect to get a better Internet experience. This should not be the sole deciding factor only. People actually connect to the Internet for them to be able to browse their preferred websites. Each website niche is presented differently, layout wise. During the early era of websites, their content was mostly just text based. Visitor’s usually only get pure text based content websites back in the days.

Internet wasn't that popular then compared to now. When websites became more design-sophisticated, that's when Internet started to grow; this is all due to the media type format compatibility that allowed it to become more appealing to everyone. Internet helped us elevate our communication thru online and later on we adapted it as part of our lifestyle. Computers and Internet combination is actually very scary since it still haven't reached its peak. What I like about this option is that I can do online shopping at home. All you need to have is a computer and Internet connection. I often shop at Lazada Online Mall.

What I really like about this online mall is their decent balance in website speed with great user interface. In my own opinion, they have one of them most user-friendly interface. Its navigation is actually easy that any of their first time visitors won't struggle access their online store. What's remarkable about their website is that they managed to make its website load speed decent enough even if it contains a lot of images. I usually browse their lazada.com.ph website with just an average Internet connection at home.

The Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall’s website was still load with no problem at all. I really like their "Quick View" button since it can show product details in a flash. It is not required to click on the product page just to see the product details. Product images actually can be zoomed quickly by just mouse hovering on it. You almost feel like it is in front of you. One of my favorite features is their online shopping cart, which I find really easy to use. In case you want some of your items to be removed, you can easily add and remove them on the shopping cart page. Feel free to add all the items come across and just decide later on, which of them you will actually buy.
