Lazada Review: Playing it safe in online shopping!

Investing business on the Ecommerce industry in South East Asia is actually very challenging for most prospect business investors in the past. The majority of the market audience who can pay through online at that time was really low. Only a few of them own a credit card. For the credit card owners, not all of them will consider online payment. It's no surprise that it's the reaction in South East Asia since online frauds and scams happen most of the time.

Offline businesses usually have an advantage in credibility over online businesses. In offline business, deals are usually done face-to-face that's why we think it's safer. But, where not actually considering legit online business that offer better deals over offline. Unlike traditional offline malls that pay rental fee on their store location, online malls can offer better deals and lower discounted price of their items. Online malls regularly offer great discounts that give them edge to customers.

Obviously, this is the only way for online stores to convert customers to try online shopping instead. Online stores like the Lazada Venture, which is also available in other countries in South East Asia. They are actually one of the first to offer big selections in comparison to an offline mall. It was the first time that Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. was offered by an online store, which they introduced here in the country. To be honest, this is one of the main factors that allowed them to reach where they are right now. They already received glorious achievements despite just celebrating their first year last April. A lot of the competitors only launched after they showed up on the online radar last year. It's a clear sign that the local business people were enlightened by their arrival in the country.

It's unimaginable on how online shopping will further evolve in the country. From the online store point of view, they successfully captured the online market's taste. Now that they can avail C.O.D. customers who can't via credit card or online can now be a customer as well. This eventually multiplied the numbers of their market since almost everyone can now become their customers. Besides this successful payment method, they offer free delivery as long as the transaction value exceeds one thousand pesos. Once a transaction goes above the one thousand mark, they will shoulder the shipment fee. Enticing customers to choose offline shopping over online shopping is much easier when you combine Cash on Delivery and Free Delivery.

This combination changed the perception of users on how online shopping can change or modify our lifestyle. Since the risk is way lower, customers won’t hesitate to try them out. Why would they in the first place if they don’t commit till they actually receive their orders. So to worry for the item not delivered, is highly unlikely. If it does happen, then no harm done since you didn’t pay for it in advance. You can move on and buy it on another store.
