Ecommerce - Struggling for trust

It’s really hard for any online user to trust online right away. We get tons of fake or misleading information when we connect to the Internet. The same goes for trusting an Ecommerce website. This is because it involves our money that’s why we get more skeptic and our guards up. There's a tendency that we tag unbranded websites that are still newly released as untrusted website. Sometimes, it's not enough to just have a good brand, a good customer service is a necessity in online. Usually, company names that have huge brand name have less room to make an error online. Online is so powerful that one error to a customer can be magnified resulting for your brand to be destroyed.

On the other hand, for online malls, they have a better chance since their industry is still new and no benchmark to look after to yet. One online mall that took a lot of risk is Lazada Online Store. Why did they take that risky move? It's simply because Filipinos are still understanding to understand online shopping. Sure! We have overwhelming number of online users but not all are already accustomed in online shopping. This eventually helped them become one of the key players in the local Ecommerce scene. Despite rising in the Ecommerce scene, some Filipinos were still trying to cope up with online shopping Let's at least admit that sooner than later online shopping will be part of our lifestyle. Online shopping is actually getting best out of the evolution of high tech devices being released by manufacturers on almost a yearly basis. The future is even brighter with these devices being supported with fast Internet connection. It gives Internet an opportunity to make our lifestyle far improved since what you initially do offline can now be done in online as well. With the ever growing online community in the Philippines, it helps them expands its reach. Lazada's efforts it purely provides great online service to their customers.

The Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall sill managed to be at par with the online shopping standards but still pulled off some unconventional approach for their customers. They offered Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. on top of the conventional online payment method offered by traditional online stores. Despite offering the common online payment methods, they are willing to waive free delivery depending on their consent. Depending on the delivery address, some shipment fee may vary. They will make customers not pay for the delivery fee if it exceeds more than one thousand pesos. A maximum of 2 years of manufacturer warranty will be offered to the customers. They will also get the usual 7 day return that traditional offline mall offers. It only proves that they are dedicated in making sure customers are taken care of. This is actually very rare to see for an online store. Typical online stores usually just focuses on their sales and not look after their customers the same way they did along their orders.
