So
how do local online users pick which of the websites in the past should he or
she re-visit? As an online business owner, it's their duty to know on how they
will make their website worthwhile of its visitors. Website owners should make
sure that browsing on their website should always be an ease for online users.
Globally, there are millions of websites that are activated each day. It's
great user experience that local online visitors are looking for in a website.
Extended or extra revenue can also be achieved for Ecommerce websites. Some of
the online malls are having a hard time in providing better user experience
making their great deals less attractive to their consumers. Sometimes great
deals won't be enough since customers will just move on to another website that
may offer a second best deal but very convenient to use.
The
credibility of online malls usually lies on this as well. In general, most
online stores get judged negatively once they provided a bad experience to
their customers. These online malls may even be considered as a scam website
instantly by online customers who are just angry with them. Actually, Ecommerce
website businesses is rising in the Philippines nowadays. As far as I know,
this only started last year. Surprisingly, the local online users didn't even
consider online shopping in the past. Local online users prefer to spend money
on second hand items rather than the much expensive brand new items on the
local online classified websites.
Honestly,
the rate of online scam probability is a bit high in online shopping. The local
Ecommerce industry changed when website like Lazada came in the picture. They
offered Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D. as alternative payment method,
which allowed online users to try online shopping. No need for online customers
to pay right away since they can pay later after their orders are delivered at
their very home. With this kind of payment method, it gives their customers a
lot of advantages between the payment setup. This payment method only requires
customers to pay in cash only after order package is handed over in real time.
Credit
cards are no longer a mandatory requirement to have when thinking of online
shopping in the Philippines. I also like how they presented their website
navigation to their local online customers by making it as user friendly as
possible. Browsing on their websites is very easy and convenient that any first
time visitor won't have a hard time figuring their online website. Anyone can
immediately understand how they can shop on their website on their first look.
Since the category menu is on all of their website pages, it will be harder for
someone to get lost. Having a well group category menu will make easier for
customers to select which category they fit best. Their category selection
allows their valued customers to directly go to their category’s interest
without having them waste their time.
