Lazada: An upper hand in online payment method

A lot of online websites have its loyal online visitors that visit them more than a regular occasion. Local online users should always have a purpose in visiting a specific website. Website owners should make sure that browsing on their website should always be an ease for online users. Right now, numerous websites with different niche are being put to live by website owners everyday. It's always helpful for websites who give online visitors experience great user interface. As for Ecommerce websites, this will lead them to gain extra sales. A lot of online malls are available who offer great deals to their customers, however, some of them don't have a great website with decent user interface to support it.

It's not about giving the lowest price most of the time in Ecommerce since there are some instances that are online mall websites that don't excel in user interface. This also reflects how customers perceive their credibility as an online mall. A website may instantly be tagged with a bad impression if they don't offer acceptable user interface standards of their customers in general. Local online customers may think of these online websites as scams or frauds. Nowadays, the Ecommerce industry is thriving in the country.  As far as I know, this only started last year. Local Internet users didn't even consider online shopping a year before that. Filipinos usually check local online classified ads posting to check for good deal second hand items rather than go for brand new. Shopping online will more likely lead some online customers to get exposing in getting scammed.

After Lazada arrived last year, it changed the scenery in online shopping in the Philippines. To give local online customers an upper hand, they offered an alternative payment method called Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D. Since online customers are not required to pay right away, the tendency of getting scammed is highly unlikely since they are not required to pay right now. Local online customers have the upper hand with this payment method. Usually customers pay in cash only after they receive their orders on which they selected Cash on Delivery as their way of payment. We are no longer held to shop online just because we don't have a credit card. I also like how they presented their website navigation to their local online customers by making it as user friendly as possible. Unlike other online stores, customers who will visit them for the first time will surely find it easy to use. Their website is quite easy to understand on first glance that almost any first time user will find it easy to navigate. It's almost impossible for any local online customer to get lost since they can access the category menu on all of their website. It can easily showcase different kinds of categories to their local online customers. It makes it very convenient to the local online users since they know where to check the items they want immediately.
