All local online users are familiar are familiar on how to browse online. Therefore, local Internet users usually have their own websites that they occasionally visit. Each website should give local online users a reason on why they should stay on their website. They offered Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D. as alternative payment method, which allowed online users to try online shopping. Unlike other online malls, this convinced local online customers to not worry when dealing with them since they don't need to pay upfront. Advantage is on the online customers side since they are risking more ahead of the final transaction. After orders are handed over to their customers, that's the only time customers that selected Cash on Delivery as their payment method to pay in cash. This allows us not to be limited in payment method since credit cards is not the only option to pay online but also via cash. I also like how they presented their website navigation to their local online customers by making it as user friendly as possible.

No need to worry about not understanding their website navigation even if you are a visitor for the first time. They can easily understand how they can shop on their website by just having a glance at their website. Local online customers won't be lost on their website since they can easily access the category menu whenever they want wherever they may be on the website. They offer huge selections that are grouped accordingly that it will help local online users to browse thru their interest. Their category selection allows customers to directly go to their category interest.
