So
how do local online users pick which of the websites in the past should he or
she re-visit? From an online business owner perspective, they should always
weigh in if the stay of their visitors is helpful for them. Website owners
should question if they gave their visitors have a great user experience.
Nowadays, now that we have millions of website already published in the
Internet. Having a good website interface is good for visitors. For Ecommerce
websites who provide great experience to their customers may increase their
sales. Try to think if a certain online mall will offer great deals but it is
hard to navigate and understand. There is high probability that online visitors
will just skip an online mall with bad experience even if it offers great
deals. It also reflects the credibility
of an online store. Websites that do present bad user interface and experience
to their customers will give them a bad impression on other online customers as
well.
These
online malls may even be considered as a scam website instantly by online
customers who are just angry with them. The Ecommerce industry is actually a
booming online business in the Philippines. To be honest, I believe this
started only last year. A couple of years ago, it wasn't even recognized by the
local online users. Actually, the local online users prefer second hand items
from postings on local online classified ads. Actually, there's a high risk
that online scam may occur in online shopping. This all changed when website
like Lazada, the Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall was launched in the country.
Good thing that they offer Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D. that
allowed local online users to try them. This allows them to avoid getting
scammed since they don't need to pay right away unlike conventional online
malls.
This
is actually the other way around where online malls risks more than the
customers. This payment method only requires customers to pay in cash only
after order package is handed over in real time. What makes this perfect fit to
the local Internet consumers is that credit card is not a mandatory anymore for
their online shopping. But what I appreciate about the Lazada websites is their
layout design as well. I think any first
time users won’t have a hard time navigating their website. Visitors can easily
understand how to navigate the website even on their first glance. Since their
category navigation exist on all of their pages, it will be impossible to get
lost on their website. They offer huge selections that are grouped accordingly
that it will help local online users to browse thru their interest. This
actually helps customers right away on where to go directly on their category.
There is no need for them to waste their time browsing to their categories only
to find out later on that the item they are looking for is not available on
their online store.
